We started juicing vegetables (in addition to eating them of course) and I must say, we both feel better, gave up coffee, think clearer, are losing weight, and my facial acne is gone (maybe that's too much info, but I've had it for a long time and it's always been annoying and painful). We got a used Jack Lalanne juicer off craigslist to see if we'd like all the juicing, and we like it so much we upgraded to a new Hurom juicer which is awesome. I am able to even make almond milk with it, which I did today. We upgraded the juicer because we wanted a masticating juicer instead of a centrifugal one. We highly recommend it!

| For Halloween Jared was a knight, I was a fairy, Luke was a G.I. Joe called Snake Eyes or something, and Henry was a cute little elephant. Hopefully next year we'll all match and be The Flintstones family or something. We took Luke trick or treating with some friends from church. The cute little 1.5 yr old girl in the bottom left corner is dressed as Cruela DeVille from 101 Dalmations. |
