Funnies

Things that Luke says that make me laugh:

I ate my food and it's in my (points to belly) throat, now it's going to go to my large intestine.

Here is what I woke up to this morning. At least he's not putting permanent marker on the walls!

Monthly Update

Lately Luke has been saying funny things that don't make sense like "Ma-ee I don't want to go to bed, I just want to play with toys for a couple more days."

Luke's foot measured 6.5" so his shoe size is a "10 toddler/infant". He wears 4T shirts and 3T pants. It seems like both boys have long torsos and thin waists. Henry is wearing size 9 months; he is 10 months old. I'm not implying that you go buy them things, but I get asked frequently about sizes, so I'll post them on here.

All during Henry's 9th month he started sitting up, crawling, standing up, clapping, waving, and sharing a room with big brother Luke! If you flash him a big smile he returns it.

Luke likes to wake up with the sun all summer, which means he's up around 6-6:30am everyday. We don't get up until 7:30, and we told him not to wake up Henry or us. So his solution is to drag a chair over and sit in our bedroom doorway and watch us for an hour until we wake up. Fun. He's also taken to sleep walking, which gives me a bit anxiety at night. It usually happens around midnight. Also fun.

Jared has work training in Sacramento this week, so we are all going and making a trip/vacay out of it. We plan to go to Fairy Tale Town and Funderland. Pics to come!

The family has been enjoying this Bible verse: Romans 14:8-9 If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. To this end, Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.
Here is the video Jared made that is a slideshow of pictures of Gloria's life with her husband Brian, daughter Leslie, son Jared, and grandkids Luke, Micah, Henry, and her first granddaughter in Leslie's belly. If you don't see the video below, click here http://youtu.be/2BoRypRFnAo. The second to last picture is her last day and all her kids and grandkids are in the pic.
